This product was inoculated on plant source protein medium by yeast, bacillus and lactic acid bacteria through liquid solid fermentation process. After deep fermentation, a large number of metabolites were produced, including small peptides, peptides, enzymes, proteins, amino acids, vitamins, nucleic acid, oligosaccharides, beta glucan and mannan.
